The EmpowerED Talks was at the National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme-NEIP, where we had a worthwhile conversation with Ms. Abigail Swad Laryea, Deputy CEO of the NEIP which is under the Ministry of Business Development. Ms. Abigail Laryea was appointed by the President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo.
